I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is located conveniently near Universal Studios and has a friendly staff that made my visit enjoyable. While the rooms were decent, I noticed some areas could use improvement, particularly the bathroom. The amenities were good, but there were some downsides regarding the food options available. Overall, it's a good value for money given its location and comfortable rooms.
